I bought my condo here in 1999. Although the neighborhood has become very congested i still enjoy my house and view. I am a native staten islander and want to see trees! The staff and management are very helpful and always are there to help. I have nice neighbors too.

Great community,very nice block quite. The apartments are large and they have terraces. All appliances are included even your own washer and drier. Private parking and club house with pool. Close to shopping and resturants. Great value.
