Wayne Mazda

After a horrible experience at Nissan, we came to Mazda with the idea of buying the CX5 today. Within minutes, Omar came over to help us, and was kind, honest and helpful from the start. He was very patient, working with us for a good hour and we ended up with a great deal. It was a great experience, as weird as that sounds for car buying. Definitely highly recommend coming to Waybe Mazda. Ask for Omar!

I shopped at Wayne Mazda. I really liked the salesman. He was knowledgeable and had strong communication skills. Unfortunately, the did not have what I was looking for. A week later I was contacted about my experience and I said it was positive because I was treated with respect. I would go back there the next time I am looking for a car. I really liked the fact that they did not harass me after I left. They contacted me once and that was it. Other area dealerships like Toyota Universe and Wayne Ford won't stop calling and/or emailing you even after you tell them to stop.

If you're looking for terrible deals, rude customer service representatives, unprofessional sales people and hidden fees this is the dealership for you! I get treated with such disrespect here it isn't even a joke. Not only did I get an awful deal on my car but I get hit with hidden fees all the time from this dealership. The reason for this? Being the fact that this dealership and Wayne Hyundai (same owner for both) recently was sued by the state of NJ for $135,000, they now try to do everything in their power to get every nickel and dime back from that lawsuit and to make even more money with false advertising. Never again will I lease or buy a vehicle from this dealer, worst mistake I've made.

We recently purchased two Mazdas about a month apart (one 2014 pre-owned Mazda 3 hatchback and one new 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback) and had a positive experience both times. Our salesman was Omar and he was helpful from start to finish. We never felt pressured to buy a car and he was willing to explore all of the options that were within our budget. We are also very happy with both cars. Buying a car is usually a horrible experience but it wasn't that bad dealing with Wayne Mazda. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

I love my Mazda CX-5. I had a great experience with Misael Then at Wayne Mazda. He did everything he could to make buying a new car as simple as possible. He even helped me clean out my trade in! I would definitely recommend stopping by and talking to him if you are in the market for a Mazda.
