The experience that I had here was not good at all. From the moment I walked through the door. They were very quick and short with me on making a deal to get a car. When we found an acceptable deal i left my down payment. I was all excited to get my new vehicle. Then on Monday morning I had a phone call from the financial manager and was told they could not do my deal and kept haggling with me. I felt very uncomfortable with my experience and that I was being taking advantage of. I asked them to refund my money that day, that was almost 3 weeks ago. I called on Black friday to find out why I still have not been given my refund and they gave me the run around and put me on hold for 45 minutes. Then when I was able to speak to someone I was given a lot of attitude. Their customer service is very unprofessional and not helpful. I was very patient waiting for my refund. I would not recommend anyone go to that dealership.

The buying experience was great! I went in knowing more or less which car I was interested in purchasing. My salesman, Rick Klein, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the test drive to the final purchase, he explained every detail. The buying process was quick and easy. It took only a few of hours before I drove off the lot with my new Hyundai Sonata. As I have stated, the service was great and with any future vehicle purchases, Wayne Hyundai will be at the top of my list to visit.

Very rarely you will find a place that involve sales where the sales people are not pushy. Well, if you want to buy a car with peace and with someone that gives you the opportunity to consider and think your decisions then this is the place to go. My salesman, Alfredo, was very knowledgeable and honest, I went there with the intention to look and compare my options. Alfredo made everything so smooth and easy, that it was a no-brainer to say yes. On top of the great options of my Santa Fe and the great price, I had GREAT service.

I would not recommend buying a car from here, especially used. I found a car online and called to make sure that it was still there and that there may be some negotiating room on the price since the car I liked was a bit more than I wanted to spend, and the salesperson told me that there was. I then went in to look at a car and it seemed ok at first, although they had the model mislabeled (it was actually 1 model below what they had it listed as). Then we started talking about the price, and the salesman immediately raised the price from what was posted on the online advertisement. He said that the car had almost $2,000 in repairs and that would be added on to the price. When he came back with a final number, it was over $3,000 more than the price listed online. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership and will never consider buying a car here again.

My dealer Alfredo was not only very professional but he is the very first dealer that did not pressure me into leasing my car. I been driving for over 20 years and I have to say this is by far the best experience I ever had. He was able to get me the monthly price that I wanted as this is a 36 month lease. He came back with a few deals but they were not what was I was looking for. However. Alfredo went back to talk to his boss 4-5 times and got me what I wanted. As a paying customer I am very happy and satisfied with the car and the monthly payments. I already told friends and family about my experience. I hope they go and give this place a chance.
