- Terrible #104181

Worst experience, ever, at this type of establishment. No line. Ordered a small ice cream cup for myself, and a donut for my son. Took 15 minutes of waiting only to see that the server had scooped my ice cream, only to leave it waiting on the counter while he served a drive-thru coffee order while we waited and waited. Hence, a melted tablespoon of ice cream for far too many $$. Sad to have this customer service experience at a well known brand. Never will I frequent this location or brand again.
