I think highly of Ford cars and light trucks. But Wayne Ford didn't have what I was looking for so I moved on. No problem. Then they contacted me about my experience by mail, email and telephone. I replied promptly and/or completely to all three. More than a month later they sent me another letter, emailed me again and called me again. I thought it was excessive. If these people spent as much effort treating customers with respect as they did having negative online reviews deleted they would have a very successful business.
