I don't feel right giving this "business" even one star. Having been a return customer of over fifteen years, I brought two of my bridesmaids here to have their brand new custom ordered gowns altered and hemmed. Upon calling to check on their status, I was informed of the outrageous cost but was ready to pay; however, for the price she charged me I wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly so I had my bridesmaids come with and try them on. We immediately noticed 4 HUGE stains on one of the dresses and close to ten smaller ones on the other. The seamstress rudely declared that the dresses must have been worn and dirtied prior to bringing them in, which of course they were not as they still had tags on them and were ordered specifically for my wedding. We quickly realized it must have been from an outdated press they used before bagging the gowns but she flat out lied to our faces, refusing to admit her fault or any liability. After everything, she still made us pay and even had the audacity to argue over $5. Not only is this a horrible business, but it is owned by a classless and horrible human being. I highly advise anyone who sees this to avoid doing any business with this establishment!

Pleasant and Professional. I am so glad to have found this little gem of a place. Service is always great and I don't have to think twice about my laundry. Last time, I brought in a jacket with a missing button. When I mentioned it to the owner, she went out of her way to look for a similar button. Lucky me. She found one, sewed it on, and now I can wear it again. I was so grateful. I can't find any reason to go elsewhere.

Made it clear I needed the clothes on Fri morning. On Thursday I was told clothes wouldn't be ready until 2 PM on Friday. Now I have no clothes to wear to work.

And their English disappears when they don't want to talk. :)

i took my clothes from a ragged business trip there for dry cleaning service. it was quick, and I was able to pick it up within the same day in the afternoon. I watched Joanne, apparently the owner who did a great job repairing my suit, and quickly and professionally. she also suggested some pants to match my suit and was quite pleased at her fasionable choices. I left more than content and would definately come to this place again.
