Do not use this cab service they're not reliable. DispatchER will always say "come outside in 5 minutes" I come outside no driver. I still wait 5-10 after before I call to see where the drive is at. They apologize and say another one is on the way NO ONE SHOWS UP. I always end up having to call another company. I've never had this problem EVER with Laconia too bad I do not live over there anymore

The driver used his phone and said my ride was 12 instead took 15 and rushed off what is this service?

DO not use them! Unless you want to miss a flight and then an important business meeting. I called two days before to book a car to take me to an airport. The next morning I waited for my car and it never came. I then called and argued with the operator who said they would send someone and they would be there in 10 min. Ridiculous. I waited an additional 25. If you couldn't do the pick up, at least tell me so I could have called another company!

The radio dispatcher is very rude! He hang up on me 3 times
