Watson Adventures Scavenger Hunts

Watson runs events such as the Grand Central Terminal scavenger hunt which our team participated in for team building. The hunts are a blend of three types of events. The first has your team searching for clues from riddles all around the terminal. I liked this one the most as it was more like a clue hunt and discovering some of the history of the terminal was awesome. The second type was a team photo challenge. In this, the team had to take photos around the terminal with a certain theme, such as paying respect to someone in uniform, and email these into the office. Make sure you have someone with a good phone camera, charged battery, and decent cell reception. These required a bit of creativity, and even more teamwork. The last category was a photo scavenger hunt where the team has to find items that match a clue and take a photo, again sending it in. All were good team building exercises and required good coordination and communication. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well with directions and getting us ready and exploring.

Did the ghosts of Greenwich Village Scavenger Hunt with a group of 8. Some of the questions were pretty challenging but I was disappointed that there were no surprising moments during hunt, i.e., people popping out unsuspectingly or going into creepy places. Team wanted to complete hunt which took us over 2 hours so we missed round up which would probably have been fun. Interesting trivia included for each stop. Wear comfortable shoes as you'll be walking for at least 1.5 hours. Majority of people enjoyed hunt but I think we would have had more fun on the museum murder mystery. Helena P

Nice tour group and fun filled hunts that will make you bond with your group or loved one as you do have to work to beat other couples and teams. I did the Chinatown one and had a cool time. You also get to meet other people and hang out with them after. Who knows what you might find? :)
