I would avoid any property managed by this company. Considering the numerous emails and time I wasted scheduling repairs which then did not happen. I will keep this review shorter than it should be. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Worst management company I have ever experienced, I would give zero stars if it were possible. It took 3 months for my room mates and I to receive the key to our mailbox, and our iron gate even after numerous emails and asking for our these keys we were constantly given the run around. We were ignored for months before getting these keys. I live with 4 other roommates, and when we moved in we were given one key to get in If you ever have any problems with the property, even serious ones, expect a long delay before any help from the management company. Our roof has leaked on numerous occasions, and when someone is sent to help they just repaint the areas that have sprung leaks. For anyone looking to rent property in NYC, do not rent from Waterfront Management!
