Charged $600 for routine oiling of an inexpensive watch. Be careful of this scam. Charge $27 to get the watch back.

Here is a snip for an email exchange where I discussed my dissatisfaction:

Please call me. I do not think you are connecting my situation with my case. Here is my situation:
1. I sent my watch in for repairs and noted two problems in my original order:
- The watch was not ticking
- When in the second position, the crown does not rotate in the clock wise direction which changeS the date
2. We agreed on a price $364.98. Watch Repairs "fixed" my watch and I paid for return shipping. Only when I received the watch it was not fixed:
- The watch now ticks (fixed)
- The crown still does not rotate in the clock wise direction (NOT FIXED)
3. I contacted you and you responded "Sorry to hear that your watch is not working properly. We stand behind our workmanship with a 1 year common-sense® warranty." You instructed me to return the watch to get it fully repaired. I did as you instructed, and I paid for the shipping!
4. I received an estimate from Watch Repairs for $56.58 , ($29.99 in labor and $26.59 for shipping). The note in the estimate stated "Nothing wrong with watch. Has screw down type crown. Labor processing fee."
5. I responded with the Users Manual direct from Tag Huer confirming the crown is not working as designed (NOT FIXED). The manual is attached for your reference
You said " I will have a watchmaker double check this thanks."
6. Now you are again asking me to pay for repair and shipping for a watch that was not repaired correctly.
Here is what I need to be a satisfied customer:
1. Call me! (I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL)
2. Fix my watch! (MY WATCH WAS NOT FULLY REPAIRED)
3. Do not charge me to repair a watch that was not fixed. Do not charge me for shipping for a watch that Watch Repairs did not fix. (I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY $30 TO GET MY WATCH BACK)

I FEEL CHEATED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP FOR YOUR WATCH!
