I had a great experience with the customer service representatives at this location. They were patient and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right room for my needs. They walked me through several choices and recommended the one that would best suit my storage needs and cost.

I went into this location and this morning and bought some boxes . The 2 ladies working there were very helpful and helped me put everything in my car. They had a lot of things that I didn't even know existed for packing. Good location to go and buy boxes if you are moving.

Just rented a box at this location and it was very clean and well kept. Maria was very helpful and made the process very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage boxes

I liked the location. It's right off MerrickRd & Sunrise Hwy . And the room was close to the elevator. The manager Dakeena was professional and very helpful. Great job!

Started off with a small unit at this location and halfway through the month found out that my house closing didn't happen. Maria moved me into a bigger space in the middle of all my closing space and made everything so easy. She takes pride in making sure her customer is happy and always has a greeting smile even when I came upset over the closing. Very clean and amazing humble workers like Maria
