Beautiful with stunning views and trails you can run, bike, Rollerblade, walk, or just simply soak up the views of the Manhattan skyline.

Absolutely beautiful gem located right off of the east coast of Manhattan. Accessible from Harlem through the bridge on 125th st. or the pedestrian Ward's Island Bridge around 101st. Breathtaking views of the river and the city and peaceful, nature-filled spots to have a picnic, barbecue, bike, play sports, or just relax. Probably my favorite spot in the city to be honest. Never crowded.

Go there for sports. Facilities are real good. Also all island is very good condition for many sports. You can go by bus or by bike. Or by foot by special pedestrian bridge.
