I have had nothing but positive a experience l just would like to get a clearer understanding of how e-book work on their system and why the BPL only orders books Once a year...

As a school kid in the late 1940s -early 1950s I lived across the way at 74 St Edwards St and used to go to this library and get books. I was awed by the library and to me it seemed huge and imposing. Seeing it as it is today - the same from the outside- brings back some fond memories.
