Walmart

This is a great location for people watching! There are a lot of characters in there every time is a guaranteed show especially the closer it is to midnight, I need to start taking pics and submitting to people of Walmart. The employees here probably put up with a lot and at unbeatably low wages I'll bet.

This walmart by far has the worst pick up department service ever. I called to confirm my pick up and they said it was there. to make a long story short i waited so long that i left without my item. staff is not sufficient chatting on the phone walking by you not asking if you need help and a lot of people waiting for their items i was so close to go to the back and get my own item cause i dont think it should take costumers an hour to get their things.

Very poor management. No care in Walmart world. Workers have no manners . Disgusted with there molded food and 30min check out ! Let alone you can return specific items yet it says nothing on there policy about that !

Woodbridge Walmart is the absolute WORST Walmart I have ever been in. My husband and I placed an order online for (same day store pick-up) yesterday 10/3/15 at 3pm for a doll named Cayla $60.....to surprise our daughter for her birthday. He got an email notification after 7 pm that the the item was ready for pickup. We got to Walmart around 7:30 pm to pick-up the item. NOONE was able to assist us at the pickup counter. There were 2 customers ahead of us waiting for over 30 minutes (they told my husband) and noone helped them.... My husband stepped out of line trying to get us help. A 4th customer appeared realized there wasn't anyone to assist so she attempted to find someone to assist.... When she did the associate helped her FIRST ignoring that we were all standing in line before her!!!!!!! The associate couldn't find the other customers orders and they were advised to come on a different day and when it was our turn (30-40 minutes later) she said she couldn't find our order as well. She said she would go look for it. I then decided to look for the doll myself while my husband stood in line waiting for the associate to find it. I go to the toy department and asked another associate if he can help me find the doll. He said, "We don't have it and you shouldn't trust what it says online and/or the pickup area associate because I have never seen that doll in the store and I know what we have because I'm from this department." I then sent my husband a text from the opposite side of the store and told him what he said. I told him I would call Target to see if they had it and they did! I was getting ready to leave to purchase it at Target instead .....when I happen to look up and see the doll on the top shelf with additional dolls just like her. At this point, I tell my husband to get the doll and checkout so we can leave because we spent too much time already in the store! We ended up being inconvenienced even more time because the associate could not figure out how to close out the online order and give us the doll WE GOT OURSELVES!! Eventually they got someone that could close out the order. We were inconvenienced a total of 2+HOURS!!!!! We didn't leave that store until about 9:30 pm!!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE and their so-called managers and supervisors are completely worthless. The only reason I won't completely ban the Walmart franchise is because I've had way better experiences at the East Brunswick and Edison NJ store and their customer service was great. The Woodbridge Walmart is disorganized, ghetto and all their associates, including managers and supervisors NEED TO BE FIRED! Clearly from reading all the other bad reviews and from what I experienced at the Woodbridge Walmart the District Manager or whomever is in charge of this store does not care about their customers or reputation. They should be extremely embarrassed. I will NEVER step foot in the Woodbridge Walmart ever again! I don't care if they are the only store in the district to have an item I want ..... I will NEVER go back there! AWEFUL SERVICE!!!

Horrible location compared to most. Ordered Items for pick up to quickly be in and out. I thought wrong, I arrived to location and encountered another customer waiting for 20 minutes already. We waited together while asking several Walmart employees walking in and out of the area, telling us they will get someone. half hour passes by and manager gets an employee. Employee looks up wrong order tells me it's not ready (turns out that item was refunded according to another employee). Finally looks up my order says its not ready. Another employee comes to help after another 15 minute wait, tells me guy that does pickup orders is on lunch and didn't prepare it. My order was placed at 9am and I arrived to pickup at 2:40pm, you're telling me he was on lunch for all that time? Was told to come back another time.

Order cancelled, will contact corprate this is horrible service that no one should go through.
