Walmart Supercenter

Almost 5 stars. Reason for 2 star less, my opinion. I think they should've widen more the parking spots. People don't know how to park. People parking on the white line and or in angles with the rear or front of the car not parked straight. Gone to this one and the others nearby. I like that they're organized, floors are clean, most of the time they're stocked with wanted items and the cashiers I've dealt with were always helpful and knowledgeable. My gripe/problem is with the other employees walking and supposedly working on the floor. They never seem to know how to speak English when one ask for their assistance. Shame on you for not wanting to help customers. If that's the case why not get a job at the post office, them people are useless anyway.

THE STORE HAS SOME VERY NICE MERCHANDISE BUT, I FIND THE LADIES WEAR LACKING
THE CLOTHES ARE NOT STYLISH THERE ARE NO NICE SWEATS OR SLACKS . ALSO THERE ARE NOT NAME BRANDS IN SUCH AS BREAKSTONES BUTTER OR AXELRODS SOUR CREAM
ETC. ANOTHER VERY BIG PROBLEM VERY FEW OF THE SALES PEOPLE DONT SPEAK ENGLISH THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING

Terrible customer service. The cashier looked at all the labels of the items I was buying and made comments and judgements about them while customers watched and listened which is horrible. Then he dropped a spray and broke the bottle and said I had to go get a new one. Mind you I'm 9mths pregnant. I asked if he could have an employee please go across the store for him and he said "no. Unless you don't want this item" which I picked it up because I DID want it. So I had to run across all the way across the store while everyone in the EXPRESS lane waited for my return. It was embarrassing. Then I got home to find out that he put my catnip toys (that he judged) into a bag with gain fabric sheets so that not my cats want nothing to do with them. so I called to talk to a manager they put me on hold for a half hour and never put him on the phone. Finally they picked up and said they couldn't find him. Problem went unsolved and unheard and they lost a customer.

I lost my phone in Walmart and an employee called Donnisha Taylor went out of her way to assist me.

I was soo anxious and she was soo positive and kept stating " don't worry we have the best staff and customers because they always return everything that people loose" ...Donnisha was incredible and very helpful she literally asked for her brake to assist me thru the store and helped me with her personal phone to log in mines....her manager Rosa was also very helpful I called her several times and was always very kind and did her best to make me feel at ease until we found my phone!!! Yes I found my new brand new unlocked IPhone 6 in Walmart thanks to their wonderful staff.

More People like Donnisha are needed in the world and I am glad Walmart has her because this experience went from a bad experience to I am just shopping there.

I had a birthday party for my daughter so I decided to order a cake at the bakery and there I met Mary, I must say that she is the nicest person there she took my instruction and did exactly how I wanted my red minie cake. I kept changing my mind with few things but she didn't get frustrated and took care of it as it was her own cake. They should have more people like this.
