Walmart

Horrible customer service.. Everytime i come to pick up an online order i wAit for 10 mins to just take the order num, while the staff yapping & having fun with each other..

This is the worst walmart that you could ever buy from!!! Staff is nasty I had a ship to store order from this location which required an assembly and everytime I called they put me in hours worth of wait each a time a new person would pick up clueless how to look for order and some of them didn't even know how to use order number to track order in their system they would give the standard line that somebody has gone to trailer to look for an order thsi went for more than 10 days after the order had arrived.

I wish I could give this a negative 5 stars. I used their pick up yesterday for the first time and I swear on everything it will be the last. First of they tell u to download the app so u can let them know you are close by so they will have time to get your item ready did that still wasn't ready waited in an hour long line. Finally get to where they check u in and look for your item waited over an hour no one came to say they couldn't find it or nothing finally after waiting almost two hours I just looked for it out on the floor found it myself and took that one. This store is the worst for pick up you will be better off having it delivered to your home or going to the store and buying it instead of buying online and doing the pick up the customer service is even worse they aren't helpful at all until u just say u want your money back. Avoid this Walmart if u can

This was the nicest walmart I have ever been to. The cashiers were super nice and cheerful. There wasn't long lines and I was there around 5pm. The store was so nice and neat and they have plenty of merchandise and when I asked for help to find a particular item, the floor clerk lead me right to it no problem with a smile. I am from Paterson and I swear I will drive all the way over here any time I need a Walmart haul. Super happy with my visit. I would recommend this location to all I know.
