Walla

We moved from New York to San Francisco. Walla gave me a good quote, total was actually 100$ less than quote. All of our belongings arrived sooner than expected, absolutely no issues after traveling over 3000 miles. Movers picking up boxes were extremely friendly, took about 90 min total. Dropping off took about 20 min, and also very pleasant.

I don't give away 5 stars often, but Walla definitely deserves every one of them.

This business has been reported numerous times by customers. I myself am trying to file a lawsuit against them. Items were stolen from me, items were damaged. Then on top of that when I called to figure things out I was cussed out by the head boss. After doing some further investigation I learned that this company is full of crooks. Their testimonal photos on Yelp are fake, their employees take the photos. But I do believe that everyone should go look at their reviews by real customers on Yelp. It shows how bad this company is. Walla takes your money and disappears. And please be aware of the movers. They they aren't paid much and are pulled off the street to help with moves.

In all my years doing business with all kinds of company's and appx. 10 different moving company's Walla in Brooklyn is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever come across. If they did not cover their tracks so well (most moving companies are masters of this) they would have been shut down by now. The lie and act like your best pal until they have your money. Then its see ya! Even their own employees admit they are crooks! But what comes around goes around, Walla will get their due coming!!!!
