A major pier that almost always has long lines to buy tickets/get on board. Very great customer service too. (Wall Street-Pier 11 & Manhattan Pier 11 / Wall St. Reviews are interchangeable.)

I just want to say that the customer service associated with Water Taxi is EXCELLENT and other firms should use their operation as an example of what customer service should be.

Took the ferry to Red Hook. Was a very nice ride. Worth a trip to go.
