Pharmacy toooooo slow.why are u guys so understaff at night u need more people and need to answer the calls much quicker

The staff is friendly, the pharmacy tech Beatrice and her team is excellent. My favorite pharmacy!!!

its ok but the pharmacy is soo slow.. always one person working their! i once waited in line for 20 min

Everytime (unless it's 3am) you come here the lines are unbearable. Always a problem with prescriptions, insurance, etc. Hard to believe that a place so busy is SO understaffed. If CVS would grow a brain and open a 24hr store here they'd kill this place. Parking is also an unmitigated DISASTER here. Smh....

I don't understand what is going on here, whether it is a lack of hiring or training. My first incident was with a pharmacist that had the worst attitude problem and I said to them, "you know what, I'll go elsewhere". So I never went back to this Walgreen's, until recently my doctor sent my prescription to this Walgreen's again... UGH! But I said maybe it won’t be as bad, so I went this past Sunday and everything went well until I caught up with my friend who was at the front register paying for her stuff. She was being rung up and some elder man was asking about his purchase so there was two things happening at the same time with this one cashier. My friend just sat back and watched, she mentioned the cashier that she did have her card, all of a sudden he started going off saying that, "That's what I asked you before and you said no!" which wasn't true. He asked her while also trying to speak with the elder man and getting no response with my friend. So after about a minute of the cashiers ranting, I stepped in and said to him, "Relax! It’s not that serious, just ring her up so we can go". So of course I was mad and noticed this other lady ringing up behind us and she was giving the eye. I said, I DON'T GET WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! If you can't problem solve or know how to handle situations like this one then ask for help... Where was the manager? If I am right the guy was watching on the sidelines seeing all of this go down and said nothing.
