I don't go to the pharmacist but the whole store is clean and the staff seems nice from my experience

Went to ask about a prescription and the pharmacist was horrible and of course got no info from him because it seemed I had bad timing. Pharmacists that cannot deal with people should not be pharmacist. Very simple.

the people that work here try to be helpful and have nice attitudes when i go in.

i've tried this pharmacy a few times. I've given them the benefit of the doubt. I've had multiple dealings with the main pharmacist and staff. The lower staff is what can be expected at this type of store and pay rate. The pharmacists are what you would expect in hell. Passively rude, arrogant and power hungry. Walgreens has made mistakes and the pharmacist treats me like an idiot...not just like an idiot, but like a stupid child that they don't have time to even humor. The pharmacist also has made decisions outside of his knowledge and rights. He didn't just treat me like i was stupid but he called my doctor, listened to his explanation and then decided my doctor was to stupid to treat me safely. yeah...enraging.

Staff is surly and cashiers are super-slow, ignorant, haughty, nasty & belligerent. Most have no clue as to where in the store, any of the merchandise (of which, even fewer are even vaguely familiar) is located/displayed for sale. None are helpful at all. They always act like it is my fault the store is almost always, out of stock of so many of the items, I go there to buy,

The managers (who are all too often hanging out, upstairs in the office which has no direct passageway into the store) are even worse with the public (and are less knowledgeable) than the staff.

The staff at Pharmacy are another sad story of their own,. They are the least helpful of any of the other staff in the entire store. I suppose it is because the moron running the store, took the cashier away from the pharmacy; and, now the pharmacists themselves (of which there are often too many on duty to fit behind the counter) actually have to assist the customers at the cash register. which they rightfully do not want to have to be bothered with doing.
This arrangement is ludicrous, It makes for a very unhappy pharmacy staff, it adds considerably to the time one must wait for a prescription to be refilled, and it makes one think twice about bringing his prescription to this disorganized. filthy. poorly maintained and totally mismanaged Walgreen's store,
I usually find, I will gladly pay more money, to shop at one of the several other smaller pharmacies in the neighborhood, just to avoid the frustration of having to deal with all the cr@p & bull$h*t one must endure to shop at this neighborhood Walgreen's store.
