Limited customer service. Spent a few minutes locating items that I needed.

The cashier in the store was a complete jerk and made fun of me for the item I was getting ad a gift.

two week ago on a saturday morning i gave the pharmicst a pretty black woman a script for my wifes pain meds ,she said ill have to call the doctor to confirm she was pleasant and a true pro it was 8am at the time i came back at 900amm and she called dr campbell to confirme the script and all was good some pharmists dont even call because their to over worked thank you for protecting your customer richard cambareri

Very bad service checking out

Horrible customer service. Please do not go here, especially if you have a question or need help. I asked to be helped to get some headphones (they are locked) The sales rep at the register called for someone to help me (even though she had no customer, and the place was pretty much deserted.) I waited about 5 mins for someone to come and get the key so I could pay for the item and leave. I looked around for another employee and found one in one of the aisles. I asked her for help to get the headphones off the lock and she said "yes I know I'll be right with you." She then continued to talk with another woman. She was not there for help just small talk since the topic was on annoying neighbors (I think.) After waiting another 4-5 mins I decided this was ridiculous. Left the store and drove down a few blocks to a CVS which took me no less than 45 seconds to get the same headphones off the lock and paid for. Never going to this Walgreens or any other again. I can see why Walgreens is declining.
