- Excellent #3507

The store is clean and the works were friendly, something you usually don't find in Staten Island. The manager helped me find an item and offered a rain check on another item they didn't have with out me even asking for it. Which is nice considering at other CVS I've been to its usually a fight to try to get a rain check.

I went there to print some photos and what a trouble! I payed in advance for my printing and they charged me more, when I complained about it the cashier was so annoyed "Jesus, what a problem. You were not supposed to pay in advance for the photos" but nobody let me know that in the first place! They solved the issue but very unprofessional; they didn't let me know exactly if I got my money returned before they charged me again and what happened with the coupon that I previously used. I left hearing a very low voice and fake "Sorry"!
