I've taken my 2001 Jetta VR6 to several other shops in the past before meeting Jay. After one visit with him, I knew I officially had a "VW guy". He found every problem with the car that all the other mechanics missed or screwed up, and was nothing shy of up front and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. He's NEVER been pushy like the other shops despite knowing what kind of work could be done, and has always been incredibly fair in pricing. Since I've been coming to him, I've never had to return for the same problem. He gets the job done right, and he gets it done the first time. If you haven't visited Jay, I highly recommend you do so before going ANYWHERE else. You WON'T be disappointed.

I met Jay when I was just a baby and my dad took our car to him. I am now 27 and he is still the guy I go to. You always know who you are dealing with, and he is always honest. He does ALL cars too, my mom brings her Saturn there. You will not find a better guy to work on your car then Jay.

The owner Jay Millard was able to fit me in without an appointment, and after looking at the car, told me it was a smaller problem than a previous mechanic had told me. I had a few other issues, and if he did not have the parts, he would call me when they came in and had me stop by for a quick repair.

Good, honest guy! Highly recommended.
