Every person I spoke to over the course of several calls and met during our first visit was genuinely kind. Honestly I think they take the cake in Brooklyn for customer service at grooming shops. The store is impeccably maintained and has a wide variety of products thoughtfully arranged. My dog got his first grooming appointment there yesterday and for the first time since I can remember he didn't run for the door when I came to pick him up. And his cut was exactly as we asked. We will definitely be returning customers!

Really the best around! John, the owner, is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are fantastic, especially for a boutique. The place is very warm and inviting and they constantly update their Facebook so mom and dad know what their baby is up to. They also partner with Dog Boy for training, who is the best trainer I've ever used. Overall a wonderful addition to the neighborhood.
