Have always had courteous and reliable service from Tripper. Price maxes out lower than other services. They usually give free water. Very very early on, maybe in its first few months of service, I do remember them even offering lapdesks for work and snacks. I guess they realized that was a bit of a premium, but I felt it was a good sign of the kind of service they strive to provide.

A great deal and always a quick trip. Only complaint is WiFi is slow.
