He is a prototypical Eastern European man, who seems bitter but believe you me as a person who has traveled the world and befriended many his behavior is normative to his culture. I appreciated his quick work and peculiar humor, definitely a small business that should be supported.

He's a funny older man set in his ways with a thick accent, doesn't mean he's rude! I guess the people that went in there, don't have a sense of humor :). He did a great job on my dress - so happy with it!! He was very pleasant and joking around, quick and got the job done. I would definitely go back!

Please go anywhere else but here. Nasty attitude plus his tailoring is horrible. Took two suits plus two fine shirts for adjustments and alterations and gave me back my items with bad noticeable stitching patterns plus messed up my suit. I can't believe I even paid him. Only because he refused to give me my items. He takes cash only. Yes. This is why he asks for cash only! There are
Much better tailors and cleaners in woodbridge. Also much friendlier. Avoid please.

HORRIBLE customer service...NASTY and rude to me...spoke to me like garbarge from the second I walked in and said hello to him. It was like he didn't want any business whatsoever...I went there for possible alterations...he made me put the dress on before he would even speak to me about it...when I finally had the dress on, he just spoke so horribly with me, totally refusing to do the job...HE EVEN RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME! I walked out...I will never go there again.
BTW, the last time I went there, it was 1/2 hour after the posted opening time, and the store still was not open.

Vladi treats you like a hamburger in a fast food restaurant not like a small town tailor would treat a person but more like a city carwash treats a car. Quality in 30 seconds of pinch and mark? I took him a 450$ suit and when i asked him about post fit he tells me "I tailor five suits a day! I get Armani suits from manhattan! here look at this stitching! what i talk to you for you dont know anything about this!" that is what he told me before he said I should go get cash to pay him 80+$ for a jacket taper and pants adjustment because he doesn't take credit? odd...I wonder why. I read the previous review.."you can expect nothing" exactly.
