The workmanship of the personnel was fantastic. No mess,to clean. Everyone worked in a professional manner. Solar panels were put in quickly aND neatly. I would defiantly recommend VIVINT SOLOR as your Energy Saver. Thank you VIVINT, and a big Thank You to our sales person Steve, forgiving us a chance to save.

There were two reasons I did not give Vivint 5 stars: the electrical installers used a wrong connector which caused a failed inspection and a failure to reconnect a wire in my panel which killed an interior circuit. The panel was fixed the next day, but replacing the wrong connector and getting another inspection took extra weeks.
The panels look fine. The electrical savings is as promised. It was quite entertaining to watch my meter spin backwards on a sunny day with the central a/c and the electric dryer running. Steve Ricca was excellent, he followed up frequently and made the entire experience very easy

I had my panels installed this year and they began operating in September. Vivint is a very professional company with excellent customer satisfaction. They are with you every step of the way. My representative Steve took good care of me and we still keep in touch. Steve is patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Our Vivant experience was just great from start to finish. Their sales rep Steve Ricca guided us smoothly through the whole process: from the presentation, installation to the inspection and activation. The panels look great and the savings make it worth doing. We highly recommend them.

The salesman Michael Burgess was great! He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was there throughout the whole process which went just like he said it would. And my first bill went from $430 to $280 because of Vivint!! I couldn't be happier.
