I Went with my aunt at 11:05 am today and knocked since the sign on their door says they open at 11:00am, we were hoping that the attendants inside would at least come to the door and tell us to wait for a bit. But instead, the guy grabbed the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed like no customers were waiting outside and the lady with him was so busy fixing her hair. I believe that if your store is scheduled to open at 11:00am, then the attendants should come in few minutes earlier to prepare everything and be ready to open their doors to customers at the time advertised.

Limited seating but the place is kept tidy and the bubble tea is great.
