They are not as fast at making bubble teas as Kung Fu Tea, but the popcorn chicken (with different types of spices) make up for that.

Recently opened last year, finally a bubble tea spot near my house. The Bubble tea are excellent, I do wish they can adjust the sugar levels. Staffs are friendly and nice. Their popcorn chicken is so addicting and yummy. Overall great bubble tea and food.
