Vista Parking

I had a late night flt, back into Nwk. m they did pick me up quickly, driver had a little trouble getting back to the lot. Lots of construction and detours . But got there,picked up car and started home. I was on Rt 9 and heard something coming from the tires. Keep-going, live in JC and as I said it was late. By the time I got to JC it was obvious that I had a flat tire, Drove carefully and got home OK, but had a major tear in the tire.

With where the lot is and all the construction I understood this could have happened, but I called the HQ 3 times to discuss the situation and they never called back.
I had to call road service in the am, I needed to get a new tire and they are not even answering my calls.

NEVER WILL USE AGAIN

This is the most convenient and least expensive way to park at Newark. I've used them 4-5 times now. They load and unload your bags, park your car for you and have you waiting for you when you come back. My flight was delayed last time and I landed at 2:30AM and they came right away. It looks a little rough, it's in a weird out of the way industrial area by the Howard Johnson's but it feels safe.

I have utilized Vista on multiple occasions. They are reasonably priced, courteous and quick to drop you off and pick you up. My vehicles have always been retrieved in a timely manner. Excellent parking company.

I have been using Vista Parking for about 10 years. Like another reviewer commented, once you find where they're located, it's a smooth, easy, friendly and safe experience. I trust them with caring for my car when I am traveling. They are prompt to answer the phone when you call from EWR and the pick up van is there to meet you in minutes. Be sure to have your discount confirmation papers with you PRIOR to dropping off or collecting your car. They won't print any coupon you may have received from them via email. They want the paper! It's been a good relationship so far!

My wife Peggy and I are in our eighties and continue to travel a lot. After trying others we settled on Vista as our preferred parking many years ago. We are 25 minutes from the airport via Rt 24 and I-78 and find that we can be at Vista as quickly or quicker than off-airport lots on Rt. 9. Check-in and check-out system has been flawless and we have never had to wait more than a few minutes to depart for the airport. We have returned at many different times of the day, often after midnight, and have never felt we had unreasonable delay in pick up. We appreciate the courteous and helpful drivers and the savings offered on a regular basis. The only downside is concern that we miss that last exit leading to Vista just before the I-78 tolls and find ourselves on the turnpike.
