I liked it better in Garwood. The people there were very nice. At this place, it just seemed weird. The women working their seemed to always be talking about people (gossip). They called us and told us our glasses were ready, then we went in and the lady said "Oh no. They won't be ready until...I don't know a few days..." WHY DID YOU CALL ME THEN. My cousins had the same problem.

Very disappointed. The black lady is there told me they were very busy for us and we were supposed to wait about 30 or 40 mins to they call us. Very nasty lady and not come back never and ever again. They lose a costumer!!!

The exam itself was fine but they were very pushy for me to order my contacts. I wasn't going to order them without comparing prices, etc. After the follow up exam a week later, once again very pushy and they didn't even give me a copy of my prescription. I left and realized how wrong that was and went back and got a copy of it. I won't be back
