BEWARE!!!! I took my expensive Via Spiga overcoat to this cleaners and they ruined my once leather band of my coat then tried to blame it on the manufacturer. They did not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my coat.
This review was not done to be malicious but to WARN consumers of what they will deal with should their clothing be damaged. I have attached a photo of my damaged coat. didn't even receive an apology. It was more like "oh well, your coat was ruined; Call the manufacturer because it's not our fault". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
