He doesn't deserve one star. He is nasty, disrespectful and an professional. He quotes random prices then when I called him on changing the price he kicked me out of his "business". He was trying to get over on me because I am a women. Cesar is very nasty!!!! I have taken my car there and referred people to him and he is known for this type of erratic behavior. I went less than a mile away and god both rims repairs for half of what he was charging me.
