Visage Salon

I called Visage to schedule an appt for a haircut; I inquired about the cost of the cut and was very rudely told that I would have to come in in order to be told the price. As I was mid-sentence of asking if there was availability for today the receptionist hung up on me! Definitely the wrong way of going about when dealing with potential customers. I ended up going to Pravada instead a few blocks over and was very pleased with the result. In a neighborhood like Woodmere where salons are on every block, this salon should seriously consider another approach toward costumer service.

These guys are great- they always cut my hair exactly as I describe and if they give me suggestions I trust their ideas. I've shown them magazine pictures and I've been very pleased with how well they have been able to match exactly to the picture, ..."‎ ‎ February 14, 2011
