- Terrible #109629

Owner does not know how to highlight hair. Ruined my hair by over processing and did not align the highlights in the same position..cRAzy.. had to get it re-done elsewhere...BEWARE and over charges and does not listen to the customer!! This has been done to another customer that I happen to run into..I wish I would have known..The damage is done..BEWARE..
