Village Dermatology: Lupenko Eve MD

I used this doctor for the first time today and was extremely disappointed. I chose her because she was close to my home. Now, I would rather drive 3 hours for a good dermatologist. I am used to waiting to see doctors, but there is no reason, I should have to wait in the lobby for half an hour and then in the examination room for 45 minutes to see the doctor for an examination that literally took 4 minutes. I was in the examination room for 45 minutes until I decided that this was ridiculous. I got up to leave and as soon as I left the room, I realized she was standing outside the examination room the whole time talking to one of her aids about what she was going to do over the weekend. Extremely unprofessional and a lousy way to treat your customers. I am sad to say that she has lost my business, my family's business, and all my friend's business. I do not recommend her unless you enjoy being treated like she is doing you a favor by seeing you. Not to mention, this appointment was made almost a month in advance. Oh yeah, a total blonde ditz.
