Dr. Wortman is the only reason for my giving this practice any stars. I've ignored the many times I've had to hang up after being put on hold for prolonged periods. But Tuesday 05/31 was the worste, I approached the receptionist located in the basement office who works for Dr.Bergman she was on the phone so I patiently waited for a while when she did hang up she looked right pass me who was standing directly in front of her and ask the next patient in line by name if she was checking when I did say my name is Bernadette and I'm standing in front of you to be checked in again she disregarded me as a person/patient and again asked the other patient in I was accompanying her.
Spoke to the female supervisor and got 0 satisfaction there was no empathy for the disrespect I felt.

They can care less about their patients. No thanks, moving to a new PCP tomorrow.

The worst place in New York. The receptionists are rude, ill-mannered, loud, obnoxious ogres. They're to busy gossiping or talking about their dull lives to care. You have a 1 in 5 chance to have your call answered, and if it does, prepare to be disrespected. Unprofessional and lack-luster to the highest degree.

Purely unfriendly and lousy liars. They'll shamelessly lie to your face. I walked in there at around 6 PM, and asked them why don't they pick up their phones. I called them 4 times to no avail 5 mins prior. They tell me they're "extremely busy" right as the only other person in the waiting room begins to leave.

They purposely practice the most inconvenient and less-practical means of client support. I've been waiting for them to mail me my blood work for a week now, since they "forgot" to send it out. When I asked why don't they just e-mail it to me, the response I got was "We don't do that here". The most convenient, cost effective, and effortless way to have the blood work accessible to me, and they "Just don't do that there".
