Victoria's Secret

I have never felt so disrespected in my whole life. There is an extremely rude, intimidating manager that works in this location of Victoria Secret. I was looking at a phone case that was for sale and she ( the manager) came running up to me , ripped the case out of my hand and rudely yelled at me for opening the box to check the merchandise which I was planning to buy anyway. After that, on another occasion - I had a coupon that worked in another Victoria Secret store but when I tried to use it , she did not let me use it in this store. Obviously, she did it on purpose because she has something against me. Another time, I came into the store and she yelled at me and made fun of me telling me " Oh , you're here again!? Nothing has changed everything is the same-." She constantly tries to intimidate me and is extremely rude and is making me not want to shop there when I've been a loyal customer for 8 years. Im hesitating to enter the store and purchase anything because I know this rude manager is there. It is definitely rude and unprofessional and she needs to stop because she is driving away customers. She has a terrible nasty attitude and she needs to be repositioned because she does not know how to treat people well and is not good with people and customers in general. -Inga

They refused to take coupons even though the coupons were from victoria website...just impossible never heard of that before.
