My wife and I stepped into this place just to have a beer. We were immediately drawn into conversation with Veronica, the owner. She and her regulars made you feel like you just sat down to table with your very outspoken, opinionated family. There was bickering and verbal sparring but most of all there was a whole lot of love, affection and friendship. Judy, the bartender on duty, affectionately greeted everyone who came in.
Next time we're in NY we'll be stopping in again to visit new friends.
