- Very Good #162008

I bought my phone here a couple of weeks ago got a new type of plan. I had trouble understanding my bill and was unhappy with the changes. The manager reached out to me to help me understand my bill and explain all of the changes to my service. I am happy for the follow up and the concern that Michael expressed when I was not satisfied.

They helped me to quickly upgrade to the newest Samsung phone. I was in a rush and they were able to get my line activated right away and all the data moved over. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service! Definitely recommend this store.
