Hi I'm sending a message to the above management for Ean and the Washington Township store his explanation, his customer service was above excellent he explained everything on my new iPhone. I am a new user he had patience and a smile the whole time. I'm recommending him for high management position and an increase in salary. We need more work is like him thank you so much for employing such a conscientious young man!!

Chris Mercado was excellent! He was very focused on us and our cutomer needs. I would definitely come back here again in the future for all of our needs. I highly recommend him when you come to this store!!! Great experience!

Chris Mercado was great. He walked us through our upgrades.Set up all our new phones and tablets. They are always so helpful at this store. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this store and Chris!
