Santiago and Juan were working here when I first entered the shop. Upon my immediate arrival, one of the employees and his customer (of a family) were joking about China products and how easily they break. There was nothing wrong with this (because it's true), but then the employee turned and looked straight at me, for I am Asian. I know he didn't mean to make a racist comment, and it wasn't, but he treated me as if it were. Then, when I went to have my phone fixed by Juan, not only was he impatient with me, but he was not efficient, accommodating, nor was he pleasant. He asked for a social security password, and as I was pulling it up, he tapped his fingers, implying he was very impatient. Then when I gave it to him, with a sheepish grin, he said "Oh, my bad. I didn't need that actually." Are you kidding me? Learn to do your job right. These two employees made my experience at this Verizon location horrible and unforgettable. It is no wonder that they never seem to have as much service as there locations around town.
