Very pleasant experience. Went in for a sim card for a galaxy s6 edge, employee installed the sim card for me and was very polite and helpful.

I went to the Verizon store and was very pleased with the service. My salesman, Omar, was patient, helpful and courteous. I had a upgrade on my phone and he explained all of the different options and helped set up a tablet that I had previously gotten. I read the other reviews and was surprised at the negative comments, after I received such good care and understanding.
