Never leave reviews for anything usually but I felt like I had to give these guys the credit they deserve.
This is, by far, the best Verizon store I've ever been to. Always answers the phone almost instantly, helps you every step of the way, ensures that you're taken care of, and very friendly.
One of the most important things is that they don't try to harass you into buying a certain phone to meet a quota or something like I've previously dealt with at a different Verizon store. These guys let you know what's what, let you decide what you like, then you move from there. Simple and easy.

PHONE SERVICE SUCKS
they do not answer the phone for basic questions - i'm calling literally 100 times to see if they have a phone in stock and they don't answer the phone simply. it is very simple - can they just pick up the phone.
