They always try to make you pay more than you have to. If you see deals on the Verizon website they tell you its wrong or you are reading it wrong. You are better off going to Best Buy they have great deals on phones. Please don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Great store experience! I went in and the saleman pulled up my account and said I was paying too much. He was able to put me into a promotion that lowered my bill $15/month.
I am happy that I found a great spot for all of my Verizon needs! I will be here every time I am ready to upgrade!!
