Fernando was amazingly helpful! He was able to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond by staying late to accommodate my work schedule. He listened to my needs and was able to accurately recommend a phone as well as accessories with an in depth knowledge of every item in the store. If you have any mobile phone needs I highly recommend visiting this store and walking right to Fernando!

If it wasn't for there 1 beautiful, cool, tell u how it is, employee I would have been sh?t out of luck no phone. But because of Jenny.. I was able to get a new 1!!! Your the best jenny!! Think I love her!! Lolol..
P.s. if u need screen protectors or your windows tinted.. jenny the girl to go see!! DONT FORGET TO TIP HER!!

My wife i just bought our cell phones there at verizon wireless in Ackerman, and Jeniffer the lady who took care of us was so professional. She had a great attitude and answered every question we had, she went above and beyond our expectations. Of a customer service representative. We hope her boss gives her a good raise when time comes!

I stopped in the store as I was having a problem with my Droid x shutting down intermittently - I was greeted warmly and when I explained the problem to Jennifer she quickly examined my phone and determined that a software update was available. She promptly initiated the update - I was most appreciative of her excellent service particularly since I had not purchased the phone at this location. She showed me some accessories that I was in need of and purchased. What a great experience! Will definitley be back and refer others as well.
