Words cannot describe how happy I am that I decided to come to this Verizon store. My iPhone was not updating properly. Not only did they help me, Roman and Eugene went out of their way to make sure none of my information would be lost while fixing the issue. As soon as i am ready to get a new phone I will definitely be coming back here, the customer service and support is incredible. Thank you guys.
