Bold-faced lied about being able to keep my old phone after receiving their "free upgrade". Verizon went on to charge my account the full retail price for a phone that I was promised by their people to be a free upgrade. I am now wasting hours of billable time telling my story to various reps at various Verizon call centers. These guys won't even answer their phone at 5:00pm despite being open until 5:30, according to their website.

Not real Verizon store, but still better than the crooks on 299 broadway,
my experience at 299 broadway below;
I went here to buy phone and the guy lied about everything. I over paid for their crap accessories when they were "giving me the best deal in town" I paid over $300 for new iPhone and still am financing $760 on the bill through Verizon.. so what was the 300 for? You guessed, these scam artists got me. When I went back to the store, the old guy told me I'm outside the 14 day return policy and I had already opened (They opened for me) the accessories so could not return those either. I filed complaint with BBB and will make sure I tell everyone. STAY AWAYYYYYY

Barry was amazing over here! Helped me get set up for a new phone and was a huge help with optimizing the 5 lines I currently have on my family plan. Very knowledgeable and always looking out for the customer's best interests. If you live/work in the area, go nowhere else!

Great location. came in pressed on time. They were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes with my new iphone 6s. This place is a hidden gem. Barry applied the screenguard perfectly. Thank you guys!
