Joseph helped us add a new phone line to my current plan and he was more than helpful! He was nice and knowledge and made the process as seamless and painless as possible.
I highly recommend coming to this location if you need to go to a store! Top notch service.

Stopped in late on a Sunday and Fabian ended up selling us 2 new phones (really only went for 1). He was great and made sure we had the phones and plans that best suited our needs. He also called a few days later to make sure we were happy with the new phones and plans - fantastic customer service!

My favorite thing about this store in the genuine people who work there. Fabian was our service rep and he spent the quality time needed to answer my questions. I understand that in sales you have to make the sale but Fabian and the store manager Joe was intentional about building relationship with their clients.
Fabian was patient, honest, and straight forward and helped me work within my budget. I would recommend anyone to go there if they need a new phone or new service provider, they WILL take care of you. THANKS!!!

This new Verizon Store in Bloomfield NJ is fantastic. Joesph one of the reps in the store was very helpful and attentive to every question I had regarding get my child a gizmo (phone watch) . Customer service was great and they made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I recommend this place to everyone.
