The customer service is geared towards sales and not really into helping existing customers with problems. So if your not adding a line or starting service they seem as if they don't want you in the store.

Do not shop there. They are a bunch of unprofessional people. I walked in just wanting to buy phone. After being ignored by 3 out of the 7 sales people because of not wanting a contract, I finally was approached by someone willing to help. I told him I just wanted to buy a phone.
His exact word were, "If you think you're going to come in here, buy a phone, and take it home, it's not going to happen.""Nope". He then stated, he has to attach it to an account for a fee of $10.
Do yourself a favor. If you are going to just buy a phone w/no contract, you are better off going to Apple, best buy, or Walmart.

The many times I've been there, it's been great service. Maybe my timing is good, maybe service reflects the attitudes of people coming in. Online and in-store, I've found Verizon to be exceptionally helpful. I've had occasions where something didn't go 100% but then since I also do service work in homes, I know that it's hard to be tops all the time even when that's your goal.

Worst verizon store I have ever been to. The manager Jean was no help at all. This place is a mess. Should be shut down. Avoid this place like the plague

Up until the last time I was there I was treated with priority and respect, asked if I needed help, had my questions answered. I bought a Note 3 in February, by mid march the charger started giving problems, at first it didn't recognise the charger and suggested I use legit Samsung charger, then it will stop charging, unplugged, plugged it it will charge and on until today is not charging. The same bs that happened before. To go to their customer service you have to take a sign in and they will call you when is your turn which if nobody is there means when they ready. Last time I was sitting for 1/2 waiting for us to be called while the employees when on the PC or act like they were looking for something.I heard a customer service talking to this lady over her application and what they told her was ridiculous, to wait for an email she had been sent before which didn't help before and was the reason she called. Lets see when I go today how much I will have to wait. Last time it was the second time I had gone over the charger because I had forgot the charger but brought the cable. they didn't care my phone had 1 line, the made me go get the other piece to give me another charger which I wasn't sure it was new or not. I give it a 4 because I been help in everything else fast and with a smile.
